N5 Labs

Terms of Use

Effective date: September 8, 2026

The terms for using N5 Labs apps and websites, including subscriptions, content, app limitations and your consumer rights.

1. Operator, scope and agreement

These Terms concern the apps and websites offered by Noam Rahmani trading as N5 Labs in Israel. Contact support@n5labs.online for support, complaints or questions. N5 Labs is a trading name and these Terms do not represent that it is a separately incorporated company.

These Terms apply when presented to you as part of an agreement to use our services. App specific terms and the description of your purchase supplement them. Mandatory law takes priority. A specific promise made at purchase is not reduced by a general disclaimer here. A separate business service agreement controls where applicable.

For an App Store app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a valid app specific custom EULA is supplied for that app. These service and purchase terms supplement, and do not replace or conflict with, that applicable license. See https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Apple is not a party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Purchases must be made by someone with legal capacity or valid authorization under applicable law. A minor must have the involvement or permission of a parent or guardian where required. An App Store content age rating does not itself authorize a purchase or the collection of children's information.

Provide accurate account information where requested, protect your sign in credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own misuse and for activity you authorize, subject to applicable law; this clause does not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized transaction.

3. Access, purchases and subscriptions

An app may offer free features, paid access, consumable credits, a subscription or a one time purchase. Free to download does not mean every feature is free. A subscription applies to the identified app and plan, not automatically to every N5 Labs app.

Before purchasing, review the product, included features, usage limits, billing period, total price and currency, renewal terms and any trial or introductory offer shown on the purchase screen. A weekly price is not a monthly price. The offer confirmed for your transaction governs; general website price ranges are informational.

  • Auto renewing subscriptions continue and charge for each stated billing period until canceled. For Apple purchases, charges are handled through your Apple Account according to the purchase confirmation and Apple's terms.
  • A free trial applies only when expressly offered and you are eligible. It converts to the stated paid plan unless canceled in time. Cancel an Apple free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want renewal.
  • A discounted introductory period can renew at the standard price disclosed before purchase. Do not assume the initial discounted price continues indefinitely.
  • Changes to recurring prices or material paid features require the notices and any consent mandated by the platform and applicable law. No change applies retroactively to a completed purchase.
  • Lifetime or one time access has the scope promised when purchased. These Terms do not shorten an existing lifetime commitment or convert it into a subscription. They do not promise access to every separate future product unless that was included in the offer.
  • AI credits, generation limits, resets or separate charges apply only as disclosed in the purchase offer. We do not retroactively introduce an undisclosed limit through this page.

4. Cancellation, restoration and refunds

For Apple subscriptions, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions, select the subscription and cancel. Follow the expiry date displayed by Apple. Deleting an app, deleting an account or stopping use does not itself cancel Apple billing. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428 .

Cancellation generally stops future renewals. Paid access ordinarily continues for the remaining paid period; trial access may end when canceled, and local law or a refund may change the access end date. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

Use the app's Restore Purchases function where available with the Apple Account used to purchase, or contact support if restoration fails. Restoration depends on the product and platform; it is not a new purchase.

For Apple billed purchases, request refunds at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ . We can assist with product issues but cannot promise Apple's decision or directly reverse an Apple charge. This does not exclude any legal claim or remedy against N5 Labs.

For a web purchase, use the seller and billing provider identified on the receipt. Where Paddle is identified as merchant of record, its checkout and customer support process apply. Contact support@n5labs.online if you cannot locate the cancellation route. Our Refund Policy at https://n5labs.online/refund explains the routes and preserves mandatory rights.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

Subject to the applicable license and your purchased access, you may use the app for its intended purpose. N5 Labs and its licensors retain rights in software and materials they own. We do not claim ownership of public domain material or third party materials merely because an app displays them.

Do not use the services for unlawful conduct, harassment, deceptive impersonation, infringement, bypassing payment or security controls, unauthorized access, or disruption of other users. Restrictions on reverse engineering and copying apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override statutory interoperability or other protected rights.

Do not upload images, voices, text or other content unless you have the rights and permissions necessary for the processing you request. Respect other people's privacy and publicity rights. Do not create or distribute unlawful sexual imagery, including any sexual depiction of a child.

6. Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant N5 Labs and providers used for the feature a limited permission to process, transmit, store and reproduce that content only as needed to deliver your requested service, maintain it securely and comply with law, consistent with the Privacy Policy. This clause does not grant permission to use your private content in public advertising.

You may use output for lawful purposes consistent with the feature's disclosed terms and third party rights. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or ineligible for copyright protection. We cannot guarantee exclusivity, ownership of rights that do not legally exist, or that an output is free of third party rights.

Review output before sharing, relying on it or using it commercially. A generated voice, likeness, logo, song or image does not establish consent from the person or rights holder. Any material provider restriction must be disclosed for the relevant feature; this clause is not permission to add undisclosed restrictions after purchase.

7. Exam and study apps

Teoria, Analogies, Dapar and other study tools provide independent preparation and explanations. They do not issue a government license, determine military placement or act for an examination authority unless a specific authorized relationship is expressly identified.

Practice scores, predictions and AI explanations do not guarantee a pass, score, qualification, assignment or admission. Verify current exam rules, deadlines and eligibility with the responsible authority. Official questions and other licensed materials remain subject to the rights of their owners; access to the app does not grant a right to republish a question bank.

Use homework assistance consistently with your school's academic integrity rules. A disclaimer does not excuse us from delivering the features and quality required by your contract or consumer law.

8. Food, religious, health and activity tools

Kosher and halal scanning outputs are informational assistance, not certification or a binding religious ruling. Image recognition, ingredient extraction, databases and AI can miss ingredients, misread labels or return an incorrect result. Check the original package, manufacturer and an appropriate certifying or religious authority when the decision matters.

A kosher or halal result is not an allergen or food safety clearance. Do not use a scanner result as the sole basis for deciding whether food is safe for an allergy, intolerance or medical condition. Recipes and meal suggestions also require checking actual ingredients, preparation and cross contamination risks.

Steps, fitness and nutrition information is general wellness information, not diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Measurements and estimates may be inaccurate. Seek appropriate professional advice for medical decisions and use emergency services for an emergency. These descriptions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Entertainment, photos, family and driving tools

Dog and cat translator apps provide entertainment and simulated interpretations; they do not establish an animal's actual thoughts or medical condition. Do not use sounds or games in a way that distresses an animal, and supervise pet interactions with your device.

Virtual try on, nail previews, photo tools and generated media are simulations; appearance and physical results can differ. Review stories and other generated material before sharing with a child.

Car dashboard and widget apps do not make it safe to interact with a phone while driving. Configure and use interactive features while safely parked. Do not infer vehicle control, manufacturer affiliation or compatibility beyond the specific advertised functionality.

Travel, venue and social content can become outdated. Verify opening hours, availability, directions and suitability with the relevant provider before relying on it.

10. Availability, updates and suspension

Functionality can depend on your device, operating system, network, region and external services. Install updates necessary for security and compatibility. Temporary interruptions can occur.

We may make proportionate changes for security, legal compliance, maintenance or service improvement. If a change or discontinuation materially affects paid access, we will provide the notice and remedies required by your contract and applicable law, which may include continued access, termination or a refund. These Terms do not reserve a right to remove paid services arbitrarily without a remedy.

We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow correction or a challenge through support. Any suspension remains subject to mandatory consumer rights.

11. Consumer rights, warranties and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or your statutory rights, including rights concerning digital content quality, conformity, reasonable care, refunds, withdrawal or unfair terms. This protection applies regardless of the governing law clause.

Except for express promises and rights that cannot be excluded, services are provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular personal outcome. We remain responsible to the extent required by law for our services and the providers we engage.

For consumers, we are responsible for loss that applicable law makes us responsible for, including reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach where that is the applicable standard. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where nonexcludable, or other liability that law prohibits limiting.

If you use the service in the course of a business, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential business losses and our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the amount paid to us for the affected service in the preceding twelve months. The exclusions in the preceding paragraph still apply. This business cap does not apply to a consumer merely because they pay for a subscription.

12. Disputes and general provisions

Please contact support@n5labs.online to help resolve a problem. Contacting support is not a condition of exercising a statutory remedy or making a complaint to a regulator.

Israeli law governs these Terms, but a consumer retains the mandatory protections of the law that applies in their country of habitual residence. Courts in Tel Aviv Jaffa have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory rights to bring or defend proceedings elsewhere. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory collective remedies.

If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective where legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Any transfer of our rights or obligations must preserve your mandatory rights and cannot materially reduce your contractual protections.

13. Publication and changes

Published September 8, 2026. For new agreements, these Terms apply when validly accepted. For existing users, changes that require notice or acceptance apply only after that requirement is met; material adverse changes will not take effect earlier than 30 days after the required notice, unless an earlier change is necessary by law or for urgent security reasons.

Publication alone does not retroactively change a completed purchase, reduce an existing paid entitlement or create consent for additional data processing. Where acceptance is required, continued use alone is not a substitute for it. The version that applies to an existing agreement remains in place until a valid change takes effect.
