Car Play Widgets setup and compatibility help
On the iPhone the app is listed as Car Widgets, and its widget is called Car Widget. Look for those names in the widget list and in the Shortcuts app. The app installs on iOS 17 or later. Showing its widgets in CarPlay needs iOS 26 or later, which includes iOS 27, and a CarPlay display that shows widgets. Saving a widget requires Pro. Connect and disconnect sounds run through an Apple Shortcuts automation.
